Innovations Global is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead infrastructure and IT services operations projects within a banking environment in Riyadh. Detailed Job Description

As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering infrastructure and IT service management projects within a highly regulated banking environment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure that all deliverables meet organizational and regulatory standards. The role requires strong knowledge of IT operations, service management frameworks, and financial industry compliance requirements. You will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to drive project success while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure and IT services operations projects
• Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocation strategies, and budgets
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to achieve project objectives
• Ensure project delivery aligns with business requirements, timelines, and quality standards
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and issue resolution activities
• Oversee IT service management initiatives and operational improvement programs
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, audit requirements, and governance standards

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Minimum 6+ years of IT project management experience
• At least 3 years of experience within banking or financial services environments
• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure, IT operations, or IT service management projects
• Familiarity with ITSM tools such as BMC Remedy or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework and service management processes
• Knowledge of banking regulatory and compliance requirements, including audit controls and segregation of duties
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification

Nice-to-Have Skills
