Job summary

Ameera Talent Solutions seeks a hands-on leader to own the ServiceNow platform in Riyadh. You will keep it stable, governed and improving, and run delivery across internal teams and partners. This is an urgent hire with shortlisting now.

You will lead ITOM, CMDB and CSDM initiatives, manage platform roadmaps, governance and delivery commitments across large-scale IT environments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an enterprise ServiceNow platform or delivery function.
• Strong ITOM knowledge, CMDB and CSDM, plus platform governance.
• Experience managing technical teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Background in ITSM, agile delivery and enterprise integrations.
• Clear communication in complex, large-scale IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Keep the ServiceNow platform stable and running well, and keep improving it.
• Run platform governance, release planning and service performance.
• Build the platform roadmap in line with IT and business priorities.
