Jobskey Consultancy is seeking a Sales Service Manager (Electrical MV/LV) based in Jeddah to lead the Service Sales team and drive high-performance selling of electrical service solutions. The role emphasizes achieving targets, expanding the installed base, and aligning offerings with market needs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to position service portfolios, coach the sales team, and implement strategies that improve market penetration and customer value across MV/LV systems.

Competenze

Degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
8+ years of experience in electrical services sales.
Experience in leading high-performance sales teams.
Experience with MV/LV electrical systems and service portfolio offerings.
