Jobskey Consultancy is seeking a Sales Service Manager (Electrical MV/LV) based in Jeddah to lead the Service Sales team and drive high-performance selling of electrical service solutions. The role emphasizes achieving targets, expanding the installed base, and aligning offerings with market needs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to position service portfolios, coach the sales team, and implement strategies that improve market penetration and customer value across MV/LV systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 8+ years of experience in electrical services sales.
• Experience in leading high-performance sales teams.
• Experience with MV/LV electrical systems and service portfolio offerings.

Sales Service Manager (Electrical MV/LV)

The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to execute service work with low to medium complexity as per work instructions and in accordance with Company's standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines

Responsibilities:

• Leads and develops the Service Sales team to exceed the sales targets through high-performance and to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborates with Service sales team and generates and identifies service sales leads by analyzing the IB potential and targeting those new opportunities from emerging trends with the Service solutions available.
• Collaborates with business and account teams to position different service offerings.
• Drives sales efficiency by ensuring Service Sales team members possess adequate selling skills.
• Ensures that their own area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled, and directed.
• Coaches the team (periodically) on formulating sales plans, negotiating, and developing customer segment expertise.
• Creates, plans, and implements service sales strategy by increasing the Installed Base (IB) penetration through effective utilization of IB database.
• Promotes value add service product offerings supporting LCM.
• Responsible for feedback on sales development, distribution of resources for service sales activities, and reporting current market status.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering / Have a demonstrated track record in achieving service sales targets and managing high-performance sales teams
• 8 years of experience in electrical systems services sales and solutions, with at least 2 years working as a team manager leading sales professionals with service portfolio offerings, maintenance contracts, and customer lifecycle solutions
• Experience inn service sales strategies, Installed Base (IB) management, lifecycle management (LCM) solutions, and the MV/LV electrical systems market
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
