Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. in Saudi Arabia seeks an LSU Service Sales Manager to lead the Services Sales strategy, align with global and hub plans, and grow service revenues across the lifecycle.

You will build and coach the country services sales team, develop account plans with local sales and BU partners, and pursue new service opportunities while managing IB penetration and margins.

This role requires deep market knowledge in Saudi utilities and industry, and fluency in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical power, energy or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in Managing Service Sales function.
• Proven Service Sales leadership in an OEM with large installed base.
• Experience in the Saudi Arabian market and regulatory context.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Saudi Arabia Services Sales organization for high performance.
• Drive collaboration across a matrix organization (Country/Hub/BU/Global).
• Embed One Hitachi Energy approach across reports and teams.
• Identify, generate and pursue new service opportunities in Saudi market.
• Drive IB-based service lead generation and lifecycle revenue growth.
• Develop service-focused account plans with Local Sales, Account Managers, and BUs.
• Own and execute the Country Services Sales strategy to achieve orders, revenue and margin targets.
• Oversee budgeting and S&OP coordination with Hub Marketing & Sales, GPG, and Hub Controller.
