Job summary

Leading Electrical Solutions Company in Saudi Arabia seeks a Production Operations Manager for LV/MV systems to oversee production planning, scheduling, and continuous improvement. The role requires extensive experience, knowledge of IEC standards, and strong leadership of cross-functional teams.

Candidates should have 10+ years in LV/MV panels, expertise in MES/ERP (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics), Power BI, and KPI-driven performance management. English is essential; Arabic is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 10+ years in production and engineering in LV panels & MV switchgear.
• Strong knowledge of MV/LV switchgear manufacturing processes, IEC standards, drawings, testing and commissioning.
• Experience in production planning, capacity planning, workflow management, resource optimization, OEE, KPI monitoring, inventory flow, and cost control.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics), MES and KPI tools; MS Office & MS Project.
• Proven ability to lead production teams, coordinate cross-functional activities and drive continuous improvement.
• English required; Arabic desirable.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and bottleneck/waste reduction.
