Job summary

Rowad Modern Engineering in Medina, KSA, seeks a Tendering & Estimation Engineer to craft compelling technical and commercial bids, estimate costs, and ensure compliance with client specs and standards.

You will coordinate with internal teams, manage negotiations, and oversee the tender process from bid request to contract handover to maximise profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
• 5+ years of experience in tendering, estimation, or proposal engineering
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Responsibilities

• Create compelling and accurate technical and commercial bids that align with client needs and company strategy
• Accurately estimate all project costs including materials labor and equipment to ensure profitability
