Job summary

Confidential Company in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Tender Estimator to lead pre-tender costings for civil and infrastructure projects in the GCC. You will develop take-offs, pricing models, and risk assessments to support competitive bids.

The role requires a strong background in pricing, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation software, with familiarity of Saudi Aramco or GCC contractors a plus. Excellent negotiation and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• 8–12 years experience in estimation and pre-tender activities for civil/infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of pricing, BOQ preparation, rate analysis and cost estimation software.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications and BOQs to understand project scope and client requirements.
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates and pricing for civil/infrastructure works.
• Analyze and evaluate technical and commercial risks associated with the tender.
• Liaise with design, procurement and execution teams to gather cost-related data for estimation accuracy.
• Develop comprehensive pre-tender cost models and cash flow analysis.
• Prepare cost comparison sheets and recommend the most cost-effective solutions.
