A leading construction firm in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Tender Engineer to support the tendering and cost estimation processes for projects. This role involves preparing accurate cost estimates and coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. The position requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
Experience coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and quotations.
Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and submission of tender proposals within specified deadlines.
Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements.
Perform quantity take-offs and assist in preparing cost estimates and BOQs.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations.
Prepare RFQ packages and follow up with vendors during the tendering stage.
