Job summary

Qualifications

• High school certificate or equivalent; maths/science preferred.
• Trade test or formal production qualification is required.
• 7 years of experience in an artisan/production environment.

• Plan and manage operations/maintenance activities.
• Lead and develop team; ensure safety, quality, and cost targets.
• Ensure compliance with Ma’aden HSERQ standards and procedures.
• Drive Saudization through recruitment, training and development of team.
