Job summary

Maaden in Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Maintenance Lead to direct maintenance execution, engineering and resource planning. You will partner with operations to ensure safe, compliant and reliable plant performance.

The role emphasizes EHS, PTW/LOTO, shutdown planning, RCA and contractor oversight to meet production targets while controlling costs. Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or related technical qualification.
• Technical diploma/certificate in relevant engineering field.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for maintenance execution, engineering and resource planning.
• Ensure EHS, PTW and LOTO compliance; lead incident/near-miss follow-up.
• Interface with operations to prioritize critical work and restore flow.
• Drive maintenance to achieve production targets, availability and recovery.
• Manage contractor scope, safety, quality and schedule performance.
• Lead shutdown/turnaround planning, readiness and execution.
• Lead RCA and elimination of chronic failures; verify corrective actions.
• Manage manpower deployment, overtime control and emergency calls.
• Plan, supervise and validate contractor work including scope and safety.
• Control cost within budget and report performance with recovery plan.
