Job summary

Ma'aden Gold and Base Metals (MGBM) seeks an Engineer, Production to plan and coordinate people, supplies and equipment for efficient mine operations, while upholding safety and environmental standards.

You will collaborate with geologists, metallurgists and engineers to assess ore extraction feasibility, choose methods, plan resources and prepare operating estimates, while monitoring HSE programs and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mining engineering.
• 5 years of experience in mining engineering and mine operations.
• Experience with different mine styles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan resources, labor, supplies, and equipment for efficient mine operations.
• Assess ore extraction feasibility and select mining methods.
• Coordinate operations ensuring safety, statutory, and environmental compliance.
• Consult with geologists, metallurgists, and engineers on mine facilities and systems.
• Prepare operating and project estimates and assess capital and operating viability.
• Analyze environmental and geopolitical factors related to processes.
