Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 7–10 years in talent acquisition with senior/advisory experience.
• Experience across multiple recruitment functions and channels.

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract top talent across functions and levels.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including postings, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Forecast hiring needs with stakeholders and provide market insights.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and present progress reports.
