Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing: identify and attract top talent through job boards, social media, networking, and partnerships.
• Candidate Management: manage end-to-end recruitment, resume screening, interviewing, and offers with a high-touch candidate experience.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: partner with hiring managers to forecast needs and provide market insights.
• Recruitment Metrics: monitor and report hiring progress, pipelines and KPIs.
• Employer Branding: promote the company’s employer brand and values to attract candidates.
