Bechtel is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager in Riyadh to lead regional recruitment strategies and oversee a dynamic TA team. You will partner with senior HR partners, hiring managers, universities, and professional orgs to forecast talent needs and align sourcing with business goals.

The role demands 10+ years in HR/talent acquisition, strong leadership, and ability to drive metrics and market insights across the region. Bechtel offers a robust Total Rewards package and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Organizational Development or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in human resources, recruiting, talent acquisition or a related area with at least 3 years in high-volume full lifecycle recruiting and at least 3 years in a lead/supervisor role.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Hiring Managers and leadership to define talent acquisition needs and develop strategic plans.
• Lead full lifecycle recruitment of executive roles including sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
• Provide oversight on statutory staffing requirements within the region.
• Support posting, interview planning and timely candidate feedback.
• Lead recruiters, allocate work, monitor progress and remove roadblocks.
• Engage HR Partners and clients for continuity and planning.
• Develop and implement innovative and cost-effective sourcing strategies.
• Serve as trusted advisor on recruiting, diversity, and candidate attraction.
