Job summary

Qiddiya is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central consultant to lead implementations, support, and enhancements in Saudi Arabia, focusing on EC and localization for KSA. You will integrate EC with Payroll, design solutions for complex scenarios, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Candidates should have 3+ years of SAP SuccessFactors EC experience, strong English and Arabic communication, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions while driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, CS, Business Admin or related field.
• 3+ years of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation, support, and enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Good understanding of Employee Central and integration with Employee Central Payroll and S4H.
• Experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Provide achievable solutions to complex scenarios and workarounds for non-standard cases.
• Strong communication in English and Arabic.
• Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and SAP HCM Localization for KSA.
• Support in designing and executing complex projects aligned with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Handle large-scale projects across multiple products in complex environments.
• Self-learning and fast-developing mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal support.

Role Responsibilities

• Good understanding of Employee central and the integration points with Employee Central Payroll and S4H


• Experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central


• Ability to provide achievable solutions to complex scenarios and workaround to cases that do not have a standard solution


• Very good Communication, written and verbal skills in both English and Arabic


• Very good experience in Saudi Labor Law and SAP HCM Localization for KSA


• Suport in Designing and executing complex projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives


• Proficient in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, adept at translating business requirements into technical solutions while effectively managing client expectations


• Experienced in handling large-scale projects, involving single or multiple products and complex environments


• Self Learning and fast develping person


• Ability to work under preasure and with minimum support
