• Ability to work under pressure in large-scale projects in KSA.

Responsibilities

Seeking an SAP Specialist to support system operations, improve business processes, and contribute to SAP projects in a dynamic enterprise environment.

We are seeking a highly capable SAP Specialist to support a large-scale enterprise SAP environment within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role involves working in a complex, multi-module SAP landscape, ensuring system stability, business process optimization, and successful delivery of project and operational objectives.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong functional and/or technical SAP expertise, with the ability to operate effectively in high-demand, client-facing environments.

Responsibilities

1. 1. SAP Operations & Support
   Provide end-to-end support for SAP systems in a high-availability enterprise environment
   Manage incidents, service requests, and problem resolution in line with SLAs
   Ensure system performance, stability, and continuous improvement
2. 2. Business Process Enablement
   Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
   Configure and support SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM, etc.)
   Recommend process improvements aligned with SAP best practices
3. 3. Project Delivery & Enhancements
   Participate in SAP implementation, upgrade, and transformation initiatives
   Support system enhancements, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), and go-live activities
   Coordinate with development teams for custom solutions and integrations
4. 4. Data, Reporting & Analytics
   Maintain data integrity and consistency across SAP systems
   Support business reporting using SAP tools (reports, BW, analytics platforms)
   Assist in data migration, validation, and reconciliation
5. 5. Integration & Technical Coordination
   Support integrations between SAP and external systems (APIs, middleware, third-party platforms)
   Coordinate with SAP BASIS and infrastructure teams for system optimization
   Ensure smooth operation of interfaces and data flows
6. 6. Governance & Compliance
   Adhere to enterprise governance, change management, and documentation standards
   Support internal and external audit requirements
   Ensure alignment with applicable regulatory frameworks in KSA

Requirements

• Saudi National (mandatory)
• 4–8 years of SAP experience in enterprise environments
• Hands‑on experience in one or more SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM, etc.)
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA environments (preferred)
• Understanding of SAP integrations and system architecture
• Exposure to SAP Fiori, SAP BW, or analytics tools is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of ABAP or debugging concepts (preferred)
• Strong stakeholder management and client‑facing skills
• Ability to work under pressure in large-scale project environments
• Analytical thinking and structured problem‑solving
• Effective communication across business and technical teams
• Prior experience working on large enterprise or government projects in KSA (highly preferred)
• Familiarity with local regulatory and operational environments
