Job summary

Delta System & Software, Inc. seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Expert to lead end-to-end implementations across EC, Time Off, ECP, PMGM and cross-module integrations.

You will design, configure, and troubleshoot integrations between SF and SAP S/4HANA, with strong payroll knowledge for KSA/UAE and multi-country environments. The role requires hands-on expertise in PCRs and payroll schemas, delivering solutions across HR and IT landscapes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP/SAP SuccessFactors experience with hands-on implementation.
• Strong experience in global/multi-country SuccessFactors and payroll implementations.
• Experience with Middle East payroll requirements (KSA/UAE).
• SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP Payroll certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
• Configure and support Time Off, including Time Types, Time Accounts, Time Profiles, Holiday Calendars, Work Schedules, accruals and related rules.
• Provide functional expertise in Employee Central Payroll (ECP) for KSA, UAE and multi-country payroll needs.
• Demonstrate hands-on expertise in PCRs and Payroll Schemas, including configuration and payroll processing.
• Work on cross-module SuccessFactors integrations between EC, Time Off, PMGM, Payroll and other SF modules.
• Design and implement integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA using SAP Integration Suite / CPI.
• Analyze integration requirements, mappings, troubleshoot interface failures, and ensure data synchronization.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable SF solutions.
• Lead workshops, prepare functional specs, configuration docs, test scenarios, SIT/UAT, and manage cutover/go-live.
• Provide technical/functional guidance to project teams and ensure SAP best practices.

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors Expert with strong hands-on expertise across Employee Central, Time Off, EC Payroll, PMGM, and SuccessFactors integrations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience supporting KSA, UAE, and multi-country payroll environments, with deep knowledge of PCRs and Payroll Schemas. The candidate will be responsible for solution design, configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and end-to-end delivery across SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA landscapes.

Note: Candidates who can join within 2–3 weeks will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).

• Analyze integration requirements, define integration mappings, troubleshoot interface failures, and ensure reliable data synchronization across systems.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable SuccessFactors solutions.
• Lead workshops, prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, and support SIT/UAT.
• Manage cutover, deployment, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
• Provide technical/functional guidance to project teams and ensure adherence to SAP best practices.

• SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP Payroll certifications will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as a SuccessFactors SME/Lead and provide solution-level guidance.
