Job summary

Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant in Riyadh to lead the end-to-end payroll landscape within a senior SME role. You will configure, support, and troubleshoot SAP HCM Payroll and SuccessFactors EC/ECP, translating business needs into practical SAP solutions.

You will work with a payroll team on complex, large-scale deployments, including Saudi-specific localisation, wage types, PCRs, and integration with finance.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP HCM Payroll.
• 5+ years of SAP HCM Payroll experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and EC Payroll.
• Good understanding of PA, OM, Time Management and Payroll.
• Experience with PCRs, schemas, wage types, retro processing and off-cycle payroll.
• Saudi payroll localisation experience is highly desirable and local certification preferred.

Job description

Start: Urgent We are supporting a major organisation in Riyadh with a critical requirement for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with strong SuccessFactors Employee Central / Employee Central Payroll experience. The successful candidate will take a senior role within a small payroll team and will be responsible for supporting, configuring and troubleshooting the end-to-end SAP payroll environment.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the end-to-end SAP HCM Payroll landscape
• Support and configure SAP HCM Payroll and SuccessFactors EC / ECP
• Understand business requirements and translate them into practical system solutions
• Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide timely resolution
• Manage payroll configuration, enhancements and production support
• Support EC to ECP integration and replication
• Work across payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, payroll controls and statutory processes
• Perform SIT, UAT, integration testing and regression testing
• Support payroll-to-finance integration, reconciliation and posting
• Prepare documentation, RCA reports and handover materials
• Work closely with the existing payroll team and act as the senior functional SME
• Support Saudi payroll requirements including local statutory and compliance processes

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP HCM Payroll
• Ideally 5+ years of SAP HCM Payroll experience
• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll
• Good understanding of PA, OM, Time Management and Payroll
• Experience with PCRs, schemas, wage types, retro processing and off-cycle payroll
• Strong troubleshooting and production support experience
• Experience supporting complex or large-scale payroll environments
• Strong customer-facing and requirements-gathering capability
• Saudi payroll / KSA localisation experience highly desirable
• SAP HCM Payroll and/or SuccessFactors ECP certification preferred
• Must be currently based in Riyadh
