Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central specialist to implement and optimize EC with Payroll interfaces and S4HANA localization for KSA. You will lead complex projects, liaise with stakeholders, and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in EC projects, strong bilingual communication in English and Arabic, and deep knowledge of Saudi Labor Law. The role requires delivery in a fast-paced, cross‑functional environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation, support, and enhancement.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong English and Arabic communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with Payroll and S4HANA integration.
• Design and execute complex SAP EC projects aligned with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and manage client expectations.

Role Responsibilities:

• Good understanding of Employee central and the integration points with Employee Central Payroll and S4H
• Experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Ability to provide achievable solutions to complex scenarios and workaround to cases that do not have a standard solution.
• Very good Communication, written and verbal skills in both English and Arabic.
• Very good experience in Saudi Labor Law and SAP HCM Localization for KSA.
• Suport in Designing and executing complex projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Proficient in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, adept at translating business requirements into technical solutions while effectively managing client expectations.
• Experienced in handling large-scale projects, involving single or multiple products and complex environments.
• Self Learning and fast develping person
• Ability to work under preasure and with minimum support

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation, support, and enhancement projects.
