Qiddiya seeks a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central specialist to implement and optimize EC solutions, including payroll integration with S4HANA. You will translate business needs into technical designs, collaborate across teams, and handle complex, large-scale projects.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of EC experience, strong communication in English and Arabic, and a proactive, self-learning mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as HR, IS, CS or Business Admin.
• 3+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation, support, and enhancement projects.

Responsibilities

• Good understanding of Employee Central and integration with Employee Central Payroll and S4H.
• Experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Provide achievable solutions to complex scenarios and workarounds for non-standard cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders; translate business requirements into technical solutions; manage client expectations.
• Handle large-scale projects across multiple products and complex environments.
