Salesforce is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to join our Professional Services team in the Riyadh region. This on-site leadership role shapes, scopes, and drives complex customer engagements to ensure long-term success.

As a domain authority, you will translate executive requirements into scalable designs, guide delivery across cross-functional teams, and advocate AI-enabled workflows with Agentforce to elevate customer outcomes.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in the enterprise software space as a Solution Architect, Functional Architect, Product Owner, or Senior Business Analyst.
Proven track record delivering solutions in enterprise environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English; Arabic preferred for the Saudi market.

Responsibilities

Engage onboarding program and work with Consultants, Architects, and Project Managers to deliver customer success.
Bridge business and tech by translating executive requirements into scalable designs.
Champion AI tools and Salesforce Agentforce to automate workflows and improve processes.
Create prototypes and design specifications for complex requirements.
Lead agile delivery with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
