Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to join the Professional Services team within the Customer Success Group. You will shape, scope, and drive complex engagements, ensuring architectural integrity and executive alignment.

You will leverage AI tools like Agentforce to automate workflows, translate business strategies into scalable designs, and lead agile delivery with cross-functional teams across consulting, architecture, and project management.

Qualifications

8+ years of enterprise software experience as a Solution Architect / similar roles.
Proven success delivering in Media or Telecommunications sectors.
Ability to analyze and optimize enterprise business processes via technology.
Experience using AI-assisted tools to improve productivity (e.g., Agentforce).
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to document architectures clearly.
Fluent English; Arabic preferred for the Saudi market.

Responsibilities

Engage with Consultants, Architects, and Project Managers to deliver customer success.
Translate business strategies into scalable process designs and architectures.
Champion AI tools and Salesforce's Agentforce to automate workflows.
Create prototypes, proofs of concept, and sample mockups for requirements.
Lead agile delivery with user stories and solution specs for the team.
Provide guidance on Salesforce Platform capabilities and testing (UAT).
Manage relationships with stakeholders and align with executives.
