Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to join the Professional Services team within the Customer Success Group. You will shape, scope, and drive complex customer engagements, ensuring measurable outcomes and architectural integrity across initiatives.

You will lead design, prototyping, and agile delivery, bridging business strategy with technical execution while championing AI-enabled processes and the Salesforce Agentforce platform.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise software as a Solution Architect, Functional Architect, Product Owner, or Senior Business Analyst.
• Proven track record delivering solutions in Media and/or Telecommunications sectors.
• Experience integrating AI-assisted tools to improve productivity (Agentforce or similar).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to document requirements, architectures, and process flows.

Responsibilities

• Become a Domain Authority by engaging with Consultants, Architects, and Project Managers to deliver customer success.
• Bridge business and tech by translating executive-level requirements into scalable designs.
• Champion AI tools and Salesforce Agentforce to optimize workflows and deliver next-generation experiences.
• Design solutions, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts to elicit complex requirements.
• Own agile storytelling and specifications; drive delivery in sprints.
• Provide guidance on Salesforce Platform capabilities, environment management, and testing (UAT).
• Build trust with stakeholders; negotiate solutions to complex problems.
