Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to join the Professional Services team within the Customer Success Group. You will shape and drive complex engagements, ensuring architectural integrity and executive alignment. Leverage AI tools and the Agentforce platform to transform client operations in the Media/Telecom space.

You will lead scoping through execution, mentor teams, and deliver measurable outcomes while aligning with Salesforce's best practices and platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise software as a Solution Architect, Functional Architect, Product Owner, or Senior Business Analyst.
• Proven track record delivering solutions in Media and/or Telecommunications sectors.
• Knowledge of AI tools and how to leverage AI for business operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to document requirements and architectures clearly.
• Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally internationally.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Consultants, Architects, and Project Managers to deliver customer success.
• Translate business strategies into scalable process designs and solution architecture.
• Create prototypes, proofs of concept, and mockups for complex requirements.
• Craft and own user stories and solution specifications for agile delivery.
• Provide guidance on Salesforce Platform capabilities, testing, and environment management.
• Build trust with stakeholders and negotiate solutions to complex problems.
