Job summary

OmniOps, Riyadh-based AI and cloud solutions provider, seeks a Senior Solution Engineer to act as a trusted technical advisor. You will design innovative AI-driven solutions, partner with Sales and Engineering, and lead engagements from discovery through PoC and delivery.

Collaborate with product and data teams to ensure architectures align with client needs and security standards. Mentorship and executive-facing presentations are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SE or related field.
• Masters considered an advantage.
• 5+ years in solution engineering, presales, or cloud/enterprise software.
• Experience leading enterprise engagements end-to-end.
• Experience with cloud, AI, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of AI, ML, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, MLOps.
• Hands-on with Generative AI and Agentic AI applications.
• Experience delivering PoCs, workshops, and executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Business to understand objectives and requirements.
• Lead discovery sessions, architecture discussions, and success criteria.
• Design scalable, cloud-native AI solution architectures.
• Translate requirements into AI-driven solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI agents.
• Deliver presentations, demos, architecture reviews, and PoCs.
• Prepare technical responses for RFPs/RFIs and proposals.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering to align solutions with capabilities.
• Lead customer workshops on AI strategy, governance, and digital transformation.
• Ensure smooth transition from presales to delivery; assess risks and scope.
• Stay updated with AI tech trends to strengthen solution portfolio.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in knowledge sharing.
• Represent OmniOps in executive meetings and events.
