Qualifications

• Strong CRM experience with Salesforce platform.
• Senior leadership experience and ability to guide senior stakeholders.
• Expert-level understanding of Salesforce product suite and architecture.
• Experience with data sharing, security, and deployment best practices.
• Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve them on hire.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into architected Salesforce solutions.
• Lead technical design sessions; document solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Provide oversight and governance of Salesforce projects.
• Lead code reviews to ensure quality and design patterns.
• Handle delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration.
• Maintain a target billable utilization aligned to the role.
• Understand a project deeply and debug issues when needed.
• Support pre-sales activities like discovery and POC development.
• Liaise with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations.
• Travel to client sites for projects, up to 50-75%.
