Job summary

think is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to lead pre-sales and customer success for its Riyadh-based commercial footprint. You will map think AI Nodes and ILM to customer environments, serving as the technical authority daily.

Role is full-time with Field Engineering and Riyadh as the location. English fluency required; Arabic is a strong advantage. You will own workshops, RFP responses and deployments from kickoff to go-live.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in solutions architecture or equivalent customer-facing technical role.
• Experience designing compute solutions for named accounts.
• Breadth across accelerated compute, networking, storage, Linux, and training/inference on bare metal.
• Experience managing a small technical team or acting as tech lead.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical solution design on every major deal. Translate customer requirements into hardware and software configurations that win.
• Lead workshops, technical deep dives and proof-of-concept scoping with customer architects and engineering teams.
• Manage the Solutions Engineer and the Customer Support Technician. Hire, develop and hold the bar as the team grows.
• Own technical RFP responses: accurate, complete, and with a point of view.
• Be the bridge between sales and engineering. Carry customer pain back to the product team and bring engineering confidence to the customer.
• Run technical onboarding and see deployments through from kickoff to go-live.
