Job summary

You will bridge business and tech, translate executive requirements into scalable solution architectures, and champion AI tools and the Agentforce platform to automate workflows.

The role emphasizes prototype design, agile delivery, and guidance on Salesforce capabilities, environment management, and UAT testing. Travel regionally may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise software as a Solution Architect, Functional Architect, Product Owner, or Senior Business Analyst.
• Experience delivering solutions in media and/or telecommunications sectors.
• Ability to analyze, design, and optimize enterprise business processes via technology.

Responsibilities

• Bridge business and technical teams and translate strategies into scalable designs.
• Define prototypes, proofs of concept, and sample mockups for complex requirements.
• Lead agile delivery with clear user stories and specifications for the technical team.
• Provide guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities and environment management.
