Job summary

Datasack seeks a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform within a banking-oriented environment.

You will lead complex ITSM implementations, build custom apps, and drive integrations using App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub while ensuring platform governance and high performance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of dedicated ServiceNow development and architecture experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of the ServiceNow Now Platform and ITSM processes.
• Experience with App Engine Studio and low-code/pro-code development.
• Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Webhooks, MID Servers, and enterprise integrations.
• Certifications CSA and CAD are required; CAS in App Engine is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance ServiceNow ITSM solutions (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Service Catalog).
• Design and develop custom dashboards and reports.
• Build complex scoped enterprise apps using App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Establish and maintain technical development standards.
• Manage Update Sets and participate in governance and code reviews.
• Monitor platform health, performance, upgradability, and stability.
• Design and implement complex bi-directional integrations via REST/SOAP, Webhooks, and MID Servers.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor junior ServiceNow developers.
