About the Role

As a ServiceNow Consultant, you’ll collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, design tailored solutions, and ensure seamless implementations of ServiceNow modules—primarily ITSM and Service Portal. You'll act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize their platform investment while aligning solutions with best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support end-to-end implementations of ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
  • Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, Service Portal, and ITOM modules.
  • Support clients with user training, documentation, and post-implementation assistance.
  • Act as a point of contact for issue resolution and ongoing improvements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders, including C-level executives.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as CMDB, Service Catalog, ITSM, and Service Portal.
  • Proven ability to run client workshops and deliver user training.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Required Certifications: ServiceNow CSA and CIS-ITSM.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
