  • Plan and execute sales targets and activities for integrated security and fire alarm system solutions.
  • Develop senior partners and represent the complete portfolio with a focus on senior safety.
  • Own sales for the assigned region and achieve targets by closely collaborating with other business units within Siemens Smart Infrastructure.
  • Drive sales performance for the designated product lines, generating profitable sales through a consultative selling approach.
  • Develop and implement new and unique strategies for Siemens SI B Systems.
  • Promote Siemens products and solutions to consultants, contractors, EPCs, and end‑users across various industries.
  • Collaborate with other teams to cross‑sell solutions and strengthen the Siemens brand.
  • Coordinate and negotiate proposals in collaboration with Back Office and support functions to ensure efficient, effective customer service.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the market landscape, establishing strong, meaningful connections with key stakeholders to drive impactful business outcomes.
  • Monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, and contribute to business development strategies.
  • Identify and influence early‑stage projects by connecting with consultants and key stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts using CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Establish relationships with key end‑users in private, government, and semi‑government sectors, along with major engineering design and consulting firms, to identify and influence projects from early stages.
  • Act as a Senior Sales Specialist, acquire and develop new customer accounts, and oversee the full sales cycle from project identification to contract negotiation.
  • Ensure compliance with technical standards, manage financial risks, maintain positive cash flow, and secure favorable terms in line with Siemens Business Guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business forecasts using Salesforce and other CRM applications.
  • Work in cooperation with other BU’s and departments, leveraging cross‑BU selling and the Siemens overall brand.
  • Report to the Area Sales Manager, Solutions & Services, Smart Infrastructure Buildings BU, Siemens Industries, KSA.
Your Qualifications and Skills – Digital and Solid!
  • Engineering bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
  • 7–10 years of relevant experience in sales and solution development in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Experience in low‑current systems for a manufacturer or channel partner.
  • Strong understanding of promoting premium solutions with value‑selling against price‑driven markets and competitors.
  • Preferred to have experience with Siemens SI B products.
  • Preferred good understanding of the latest Aramco processes and standards.
  • Strong Saudi market knowledge of contractors, consultants, and end‑users in the Eastern Region.
  • Dynamic, energetic, and results‑driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Good understanding of contract terms and conditions as per Saudi law.
  • Arabic & English speaker.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Integrative team‑working style with a go‑getter, self‑driven attitude.
  • Strong organizational and sales‑management skills.
  • Customer knowledge and experience in domain‑specific standards and regulations (senior level).
  • Proficiency in identifying and developing customer value and account business planning.
  • Consultative selling mindset, communicative, passionate, self‑driven, reliable, and a fast learner.
