Role requires proven headhunting capabilities, market knowledge, and the ability to independently drive recruitment processes to high-quality hiring outcomes. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of recruitment experience with specialized, professional, and managerial roles.
• Proven track record in sourcing and hiring for hard-to-fill positions.
• Experience with headhunting, direct sourcing, screening, and interviewing.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment lifecycle from understanding requirements to onboarding.
• Specialized talent acquisition across technical and managerial roles.
• Head hunting and direct sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and networks.
• Assess candidates through structured interviews and evaluations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and provide regular updates.
• Conduct talent mapping and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Track activities, maintain records, and produce recruitment reports.
• Help improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
