Job summary

Confidential Careers in Riyadh invites an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead the organization’s end-to-end talent strategy. You will align recruitment with business goals, forecast needs with senior leadership, and drive an efficient candidate experience across channels.

You will manage ATS, oversee Saudization and Tawteen compliance, develop GDP and TAP programs with universities, and partner with Marketing to strengthen employer branding, while ensuring regulatory adherence and insightful

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience developing Saudization and Tawteen strategies (localization compliance) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategy aligned with business goals.
• Forecast hiring needs with department heads and senior leadership.
• Oversee ATS, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
• Monitor Saudization and Tawteen targets and localization compliance.
• Design GDP and TAP programs to develop Saudi graduates and technicians.
• Promote employer branding and represent the company at events.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with labor laws and reporting.
