Whitecollars is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process on-site in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, covering Accounting, Marketing, Sales, and other corporate and operational roles. You will attract, assess, and hire qualified talent while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

You will conduct structured interviews, build a strong talent pipeline, track recruiting metrics, and stay current with best practices to continuously improve hiring

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for Accounting, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Retail or Hospitality.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
• Handle end-to-end hiring across multiple functions.
• Conduct structured interviews and assessments.
• Source and build a strong talent pipeline with a positive candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes.
• Stay updated on recruitment best practices and market trends.
