Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceuticals or Life Sciences (required).
• MBA is a plus and would support strategic leadership.
• 8+ years of progressive commercial experience in pharma/healthcare.
• 2+ years of people leadership managing Key Account Managers.
• Strong understanding of Saudi private healthcare market; executive stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term Private Market commercial strategy in Saudi Arabia.
• Drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability across strategic private accounts.
• Lead strategic account planning with hospital groups, insurers, and purchasing orgs.
• Establish and maintain executive-level partnerships to expand patient access.
• Lead commercial readiness and launch for new products, including obesity portfolio.
• Negotiate strategic partnerships and high-value commercial agreements with compliance.
• Monitor performance, forecast accurately, and use market insights for decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Compliance.
• Lead, coach and develop the Key Account Management team.
