Job summary

YAX is seeking an experienced Senior PMO Manager on a 14-month contract basis in Riyadh. The role focuses on establishing governance, overseeing portfolios, and delivering in a fast-paced environment. Strong English communication and 8+ years in PMO leadership are required.

The position offers a contract engagement with exposure to major projects and a professional working environment in Riyadh.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of PMO or portfolio management experience.
• Strong English writing and speaking skills.
• Proven ability to implement governance, controls and reporting.
• Experience guiding multiple projects and senior stakeholders.
• Expertise in planning, budgeting, resource and risk management.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with ability to communicate complex project data.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop PMO operations, standards, and processes.
• Establish governance frameworks, methodologies, tools, and reporting.
• Oversee project and portfolio plans, schedules, budgets, resources, risks.
• Align delivery priorities with business objectives across stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and provide timely forecasts, risks, issues, decisions.
• Identify delivery challenges and support corrective actions.
• Support resource planning and allocation across projects.
• Ensure documentation, controls, quality standards, and change management.
• Lead and develop PMO team members.
• Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvements.
