Job summary

YAX is seeking an experienced PMO Manager to support planning, coordination, and delivery of large-scale live events in Riyadh. You will develop master project schedules, monitor progress, manage documentation, and ensure updates are recorded across teams.

The role requires at least five years of PMO or project management experience, strong scheduling and reporting skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.

• Prepare progress reports and provide updates to senior management.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate, organized, and up to date.
• Support readiness reviews and monitor milestones through the event lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master project schedules, milestones, and delivery plans.

• Monitor project progress, deadlines, dependencies, and critical paths.

• Manage project registers, documentation, and reporting processes.

• Identify potential risks, delays, and issues, and follow up on corrective actions.

• Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to senior management.

• Support project readiness reviews and monitor key milestones throughout the event lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management or PMO experience.

• Experience working across at least 2 live event seasons.

• Previous experience supporting large-scale events or complex projects.

• Strong knowledge of programme controls, scheduling, and project reporting.

• Proficiency in managing master schedules, project registers, change control, and document control.

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple teams.

• Ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure.

• High attention to detail and commitment to meeting project deadlines.
