Job summary

YAX is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a 14-month contract in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will lead complex projects from initiation to closeout, plan scopes, schedules, budgets, and resources, and coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.

• At least 5 years of project management experience.
• Strong English communication, written and verbal.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders and multi-priority work.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation through execution and closeout.
• Define project scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements in line with business goals.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to support successful project delivery.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and workstreams, and communicate responsibilities to the project team.
• Monitor project progress, manage dependencies, and address risks, issues, and changes in a timely manner.
• Lead project teams, assign responsibilities, and provide clear direction to support delivery.
• Track budgets, resources, timelines, and deliverables, and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure project activities follow approved plans, quality standards, safety procedures, and company requirements.
• Prepare project reports and documentation, and maintain accurate records of decisions, actions, and outcomes.
