Job summary

YAX is seeking an experienced PMO Manager to support planning, coordination, and delivery of large-scale live events in Riyadh. You will develop master project schedules, monitor progress, manage documentation, and ensure updates are recorded across teams.

The role requires at least five years of PMO or project management experience, strong scheduling and reporting skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of PMO or project management experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale live events across seasons.
• Strong scheduling, reporting and document control knowledge.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master project schedules, milestones, and delivery plans.
• Monitor project progress, deadlines, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Manage project registers, documentation, and reporting processes.
• Oversee change control and ensure project updates are recorded.
• Coordinate with project managers and teams to track deliverables.
• Identify risks, delays, and issues; implement corrective actions.
• Prepare progress reports and provide updates to senior management.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate, organized, and up to date.
• Support readiness reviews and monitor milestones through the event lifecycle.
