SAB in Riyadh is seeking an experienced PMO Programme Manager to lead reporting, governance and data management for multiple transformation initiatives.

The role focuses on budget tracking, performance reporting, risk/log management and stakeholder collaboration to maximize program value and ensure delivery excellence.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field with 6–8 years’ PMO experience; PMP and agile certifications are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance or related field required.
• PMP certification preferred; Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe) preferred.
• 6–8 years of relevant PMO experience.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, issue and maintain project reporting for E-PMO.
• Develop and maintain core databases for E-PMO.
• Validate data and uphold data quality through review with data source owners.
• Manage E-PMO SharePoints (internal/ external).
• Maintain repository of portfolio documents/records.
• Support E-PMO communications, updates on SAB Intranets and PMO materials/templates.
• Track budgets vs. actuals vs. forecast; flag scope creep and unapproved budget pressure.
• Maintain benefits register and realization milestones.
• Monitor progress updates for programme milestones to provide visibility and enable proactive management.
• Track corrective actions to maximize program value and mitigate adverse effects.
• Promote governance model adherence and standardized tools for risk logs, change control, and resource requests.
• Implement defined standards and processes across all transformation initiatives to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
