Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years experience in HR operations or related field, preferably in consulting or project management.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and labor laws and regulations.
• Proven experience in employee relations and contributing to positive workplace culture.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with ability to interact at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with HR metrics to inform decisions.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in HR management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management.
• Collaborate with department leaders to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Advise managers and employees on policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Implement and support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops on HR policies, compliance, and development opportunities.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and improve service delivery and satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, conducting audits and maintaining records.
• Contribute to HR policies and procedures aligning with organizational objectives.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote an inclusive workplace.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as guided by Head of People Services.
