Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/management fields; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 20 years of progressive operations/leadership experience in construction/engineering sectors.
• Experience leading large multidisciplinary teams and complex portfolios.
• Strong client relationship management and executive communication.
• Experience managing operations and resources across multiple projects.
• Experience developing operational strategies and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of project delivery, contracts, and risk management.
• Experience supporting business development and proposals.
• Strong commercial acumen balancing operations with business priorities.
• Saudi nationals preferred; giga-projects/public-sector exposure desirable.

Responsibilities
