Carrier is seeking a results-driven Senior Service Sales Engineer to drive service and aftermarket sales growth in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and growing revenue from service agreements, maintenance contracts, service repairs, and digital service solutions.

The ideal candidate is a Saudi national with a mechanical engineering background, 3–5 years in service sales, and fluent in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in service sales, aftermarket sales, or service contracts.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and expand service sales channels.
• Manage existing customer relationships and acquire new customers.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and service contract offers.
• Lead sales negotiations to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Achieve annual sales targets and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
• Promote digital service solutions and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Conduct customer visits, monitor sales opportunities, and follow up on payments.
