Job summary

SAU2 Carrier Saudi Service Company Ltd. in Dammam is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive service and aftermarket revenue in HVAC solutions. You will build relationships, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and help expand our service offerings.

The role requires minimum 4 years in HVAC sales, a mechanical or MBA degree, fluency in English and Arabic, and a proven ability to meet targets. Saudi candidates are preferred for this on-site position with a competitive salary and growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Mechanical Engineering is preferable) or MBA.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant HVAC industry experience.
• Experience in selling service contracts and Service sales.
• Proficiency in English & Arabic; strong sales and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support in various sales activities and customer relationship management for service and aftermarket business.
• Prepare quotations or proposals and follow up on service sales enquiries (e.g. service repair, maintenance contract proposals).
• Lead negotiations to achieve optimum profit levels.
• Achieve order bookings and meet annual sales targets.
• Manage existing customers and develop new customers, and understand customer's business status, look for business opportunity and foster good customer relationship for service revenue growth.
• Provide professional proposals and technical support in related to digitalized service.
• Responsible for payment collection and ensure acquisition of sales opportunities.
• Prepare the monthly sales forecast according to the Service Requirements and present it to management.
• Executes customer visit schedules.
• Interact with customers to increase sales, increase market share, increase product awareness, and educate customers.
