Carrier Global is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer (Saudi National) to support and grow its service and aftermarket business in Dammam. You will develop tailored service solutions, negotiate commercial agreements, and drive profitable sales growth.

You will manage key accounts, prepare quotations, and lead negotiations while promoting digital service offerings and ensuring achievement of sales targets. This role requires strong Arabic and English communication skills and a track record in service

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in sales, business development, or CRM.
• Experience selling service agreements, maintenance contracts, and service repair solutions.
• Strong sales, commercial negotiation, and business development skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building in Arabic and English.
• Strong organizational, planning, time management, and analytical skills.
• Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and achieving sales targets.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base for service agreements, maintenance contracts, service repairs, and aftermarket solutions.
• Manage existing customer accounts, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and identify opportunities to increase customer retention and service revenue.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, commercial proposals, tenders, and service sales inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer requirements.
• Lead commercial negotiations to achieve profitable business outcomes and secure orders in line with company objectives.
• Promote connected and digital service offerings by providing customers with professional proposals, relevant technical information, and tailored solutions.
• Achieve assigned sales and order booking targets while ensuring profitable growth and effective management of sales opportunities.
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts, monitor the sales pipeline, and report business performance and opportunities to management.
• Identify prospective customers, target accounts, and project opportunities; assess customer needs and recommend suitable service solutions.
• Execute planned customer visits, conduct customer meetings and workshops, and participate in relevant industry events to increase awareness of Carrier’s service offerings.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with relevant internal teams to support timely collection.
• Work closely with internal sales, service, and technical teams to develop customer-focused solutions and support business growth.
