Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer (Saudi National) to lead HVAC sales initiatives in Riyadh and the Central Region. The role emphasizes building and maintaining key customer relationships with consultants, contractors, and distributors, while delivering competitive technical and commercial HVAC solutions.

The ideal candidate holds a Mechanical Engineering degree, at least four years of relevant HVAC sales experience, and a proven ability to translate customer needs into compelling

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve targets and market share objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities while expanding existing customer accounts.
• Promote Carrier HVAC solutions, including DX air handling units, condensing units, packaged units, and DX split systems.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical and commercial solutions.
• Prepare and review quotations, technical proposals, tenders, cost estimates, and project pricing.
• Follow up on quotations and proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and support contract finalization.
• Coordinate with application engineering teams, factories, and internal stakeholders to ensure competitive pricing, suitable technical solutions, and timely deliveries.
• Conduct regular customer visits, monitor market trends, identify competitor activities, and generate qualified sales leads.
• Review technical submittals and sales documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer and project requirements.
• Monitor payment status and support timely collection of outstanding receivables.
• Participate in sales reviews, business planning, and customer engagement activities to support the company's growth strategy.
