Carrier is seeking a results-driven Senior Service Sales Engineer to drive service and aftermarket sales growth in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and growing revenue from service agreements, maintenance contracts, service repairs, and digital service solutions.

The ideal candidate holds a Mechanical Engineering degree (MBA preferred), 3–5 years of relevant experience, and is fluent in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years of service sales or aftersales experience.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent planning and time management abilities.

Responsabilités

• Develop new service sales opportunities and expand service sales channels.
• Manage existing customer relationships and acquire new customers.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and service contract offers.
• Lead sales negotiations to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Achieve annual sales targets and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
• Promote digital service solutions and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Conduct customer visits, monitor sales opportunities, and follow up on payments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective customer solutions.

Minimum Requirements

• Saudi National.

• Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management abilities.
