Job summary

You will supervise program planning, inspect sites, analyze safety data, and coordinate with project teams, QA, and site leadership to uphold SHARP requirements and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health and safety or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in construction or facility safety.
• Solid knowledge of federal/state health and safety regulations and reporting.
• Ability to inspect, analyze safety performance, and prepare professional HSE reports.
• Strong hazard identification, risk control, and safety auditing skills.
• Clear written and oral communication for safety briefings and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Establish and supervise job safety programs across project facilities.
• Identify and control hazards affecting employees, contractors, visitors, assets.
• Represent the program in safety matters with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor safety performance and provide recommendations to improve compliance.
• Conduct regular facility safety inspections and assess risk exposure.
• Analyze accident records and issue management reports.
• Support SHARP compliance and health & safety reporting procedures.
• Collaborate with project teams to improve safe working practices.
• Maintain organized HSE documentation and audit evidence.
