Job summary

Parsons Corporation invites an experienced SH&E lead to guide compliance programs and safety initiatives for major infrastructure and construction projects in Riyadh.

The ideal candidate will perform audits, site inspections, incident investigations, risk assessments, and safety training, while coordinating with project teams and stakeholders to ensure adherence to corporate and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related discipline.
• Equivalent practical experience may be considered where appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Advise project and program management on implementing and maintaining Safety, Health, and Environmental programs.
• Guide personnel on compliance with Parsons SH&E policies, procedures, and site safety expectations.
• Conduct audits of projects and worksites to verify compliance with SH&E standards and regulatory requirements.
• Perform site inspections to identify hazards, unsafe acts, and environmental concerns.
• Recommend corrective actions to eliminate hazards or reduce risks.
• Prepare audit, inspection, and compliance reports for management review.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses with defensible methodologies.
• Work with teams to implement corrective actions and improve safety performance.
• Promote participation in safety improvements and reporting concerns.
• Deliver SH&E training and maintain training records.
